Terms of Service

1. Who we are
Site Analyzer ("the Service") is operated by Kurtz & Boon LLC, based in Atlanta, Georgia. By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. What the Service provides
The Service aggregates publicly available and licensed third-party data (including census demographics, traffic counts, crime statistics, zoning records, and broadband coverage) into location analysis reports. Reports are informational tools, not professional advice.
3. Not professional advice
Reports do not constitute real estate, legal, financial, or investment advice. Data may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate at the source. Always verify zoning, leasing terms, and local conditions with a licensed commercial real estate broker, attorney, and the relevant local government offices before making any location decision.
4. Purchases and refunds
Reports are one-time purchases processed by Stripe. Because reports are digital goods delivered immediately, all sales are generally final. If a report fails to generate or is materially defective, contact us within 14 days and we will regenerate it or issue a refund at our discretion.
5. Report access and expiry
Shareable web report links remain available for 30 days from purchase. PDF copies delivered by email are yours to keep. We may retain underlying analysis data to provide recovery via the email address used at checkout.
6. Acceptable use
You may not scrape, resell, or systematically redistribute the Service's data or reports; circumvent rate limits or the paywall; or use the Service in violation of applicable law. We may suspend access that we reasonably believe violates these terms.
7. Intellectual property
The Service's software, design, scoring methodology, and report formats are the property of Kurtz & Boon LLC. Purchased reports are licensed to you for your own business evaluation purposes, including sharing with your partners, lenders, and advisors.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kurtz & Boon LLC's total liability arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the report giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including business losses arising from location decisions.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
